Executive Training Regulation
The rules governing admission, registration, attendance, evaluation, exams, trainee rights and duties, certification, and grievances.
Objectives
To organize the training and administrative process within the Institute, ensure the quality of training and learning outcomes, define the rights and duties of trainees, and achieve fairness and transparency in all training procedures.
Definitions
Terms used throughout this regulation, with the meaning set out next to each.
Institute
The Institute for Transformation & Higher Training Development.
Trainee
Any person admitted and registered in one of the training programs.
Training Program
Diplomas, qualification, advanced and professional programs, and training courses.
Trainer
The person accredited to deliver the training program.
Academic Committee
The committee responsible for reviewing training and academic affairs.
Admission & Registration
General Admission Conditions
- Meeting the training program requirements.
- Submitting the required documents.
- Paying the prescribed fees.
- Passing admission tests or personal interviews — if applicable.
Registration Procedures
- 1 Completing the registration form.
- 2 Verifying official documents.
- 3 Issuing the trainee training number.
- 4 Handing over the training schedule.

Exams
- Exam dates are set according to the training calendar.
- Entry to the exam is not permitted after thirty minutes from its start, except with management approval.
- The use of electronic devices inside exam halls is prohibited except with official authorization.
Retakes & Make-up
- A trainee may retake an exam in cases of an accepted excuse.
- A course or program may be repeated in accordance with the approved controls.
Trainee Rights
- Receive training in accordance with the approved plan.
- Benefit from training facilities and services.
- Receive assessment results.
- Submit complaints and grievances.
- Receive the certificate after completing all requirements.
Trainee Duties
- Comply with regulations and bylaws.
- Respect trainers and staff.
- Preserve the Institute's property.
- Uphold academic integrity.
- Maintain attendance and discipline.

E-Training
- Log into the training platform in accordance with the approved schedules.
- Keep login credentials and passwords confidential.
- Sharing electronic accounts is prohibited.
- Attendance is calculated electronically according to system records.
Certificates
- Successfully passing the program.
- Meeting the required attendance rate.
- Settling all financial obligations.
- Completing all academic requirements.
The trainee is awarded a completion certificate after meeting all the conditions above.

Closing Provisions
This regulation takes effect from the date of its approval.
Senior management may amend the provisions of this regulation in accordance with the regulations and instructions governing training.
Regulations and bylaws issued by regulatory bodies apply to any matter not addressed in this regulation.
